Job Description:
We are seeking a Process Quality and Data Support professional for Airbus GBS in Coimbra, Portugal.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure consistent application of process management guidelines in line with EN9100 standard.
2. Maintain and improve the process referential (Competences, Resource Models, Documentation Plan, Process networks, Deployment Areas).
3. Support Process Management Teams to manage the process referential and continuously improve Process maturity.
4. Verify process changes and their associated impacts.
5. Collaborate with local and central Process Management Teams to enhance Airbus Business Process management.
6. Ensure Process adherence implementation and effectiveness by monitoring progress and adherence results.
7. Guarantee quality of Process deliverables and Process Surveillance Plan.
8. Prepare Process Maturity assessments ensuring all criteria are met.
9. Monitor action plan follow-up, Risks, and Opportunities.
10. Integrate Best Practices and Lessons Learnt into our ways of working.
11. Conduct systemic root cause analysis on top irritants using quality management methods.
12. Contribute to effective process implementation.
13. Consult for QMD sub-organizations on digital development and improvement projects.
14. Analyze data from Skywise, visualizing and interpreting it to provide specific deliverables.
Requirements:
1. A diploma/master's degree in aerospace engineering, quality management, or a comparable field.
2. Professional experience in quality management.
3. Knowledge of Quality management methods.
4. Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
5. Analytical and systemic mind-set.
6. Reliable, resilient, and assertive.
7. Accurate work ethic.
8. Fluent English language skills (French desirable).
9. Experience in MS Office.
10. Excellent knowledge/skills in G Suite.
11. Good knowledge in Airbus Analytics Platforms.
12. Ability to solve problems through data analysis.
13. Programming skills in Python/Pyspark, R, JAVA, or equivalent.
14. Experience with data management.
