A leading company specializing in technological solutions is looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for a temporary reinforcement of their HR team.
Your new role
1. Payroll processing across different EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
2. Maintain compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor requirements;
3. Address employee payroll queries and troubleshoot discrepancies;
4. Manage and optimize HRIS (SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy;
5. Oversee attendance and time-tracking systems, ensuring compliance with local labor laws;
6. Generate and analyze HR reports;
7. Reporting to Finance on payroll masters;
8. Support internal and external audits by ensuring accurate record-keeping;
9. Management of all HR-related documents including contract documents;
10. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Degree in Human Resources or related fields;
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Compensation & Benefits Roles;
3. Experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors);
4. Strong Excel and HR analytics skills;
5. English (B1/B2);
6. Strong communication skills and team spirit;
7. Resilient, methodical, and attention to detail.
