Job Description
As an Incident Manager at Aubay Portugal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our information systems.
With over 150 active partners and operations in various sectors, we are looking for a skilled professional to manage and resolve incidents end-to-end, minimizing impact and meeting client commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve incidents from start to finish, ensuring minimal disruption and meeting client expectations
* Create and track incident tickets to maintain a clear chronology and enable detailed analysis
* Organize and lead status meetings with stakeholders, providing clear updates and action plans
* Escalate critical incidents to Service Delivery Managers when necessary and facilitate crisis management
* Continuously improve processes by identifying recurring issues, enhancing the knowledge base, and driving service optimization
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of information systems and IT production environments
* Knowledge of the banking and payments sector (desirable)
* Proficiency in using ServiceNow for incident tracking and management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage incidents effectively and identify trends
* Ability to collaborate across technical, business, and client teams to ensure smooth incident resolution
* Experience in handling high-pressure situations with composure and delivering solutions promptly
* Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement to enhance incident management practices
* Proficient in both English and French (minimum B2 level), with strong communication skills
