Our client is a service company specializing in a highly specialized area of industrial construction.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the Finance and Procurement Department.
* Supervise and control treasury operations and payment processes.
* Oversee cash management, particularly funds provided to relocated workers.
* Monitor and reconcile costs related to accommodations and travel for relocated workers.
* Provide support in preparing applications for European funding.
* Supervise and negotiate the group's insurance portfolio.
* Control and evaluate the group's procurement costs.
* Negotiate with key suppliers to optimize terms and conditions.
* Supervise and lead team members within the department.
* Prepare financial reports and dashboards to support the Administration.
* Perform other tasks relevant to the role as needed.
Profile and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
* Proficiency in English, with the ability to engage in conversational-level discussions.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
* Proven experience in team management and leadership.
