Job Description Purpose of the Domain Delivery Lead role Responsible for Domain S&C Unit's Domain Delivery Unit (DDU) deliverables across Services and Care for the respective Market. This leader is the main interface to S&C Market Services organization assuring the delivery of the specific DDU towards the specific market and driving the deliveries of the domain on behalf of the respective P&E.
You will be responsible and accountable for defining, enabling and driving Domain S&C Services and Care delivery model as needed using Local/Remote resource pools in DDU CDS with high accuracy, quality, competitiveness, and cost efficiency helping to improve profitability for the projects within the market.
As Domain Delivery Leader you will work closely with DDU Central services/care, to fulfill Nokia contractual obligations as per the cost baseline and resources requirements (remote and local if needed) while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction and readiness for the growth strategy.
As required, you may be asked to also act as SPOC for the Market Services Leader for highly critical project deployment or Care issues in the Market that could scale across other DDUs of Core. In this context, you will need to assure the resolution of these and provide timely updates back to the Market Services team.
Key Responsibilities HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN Responsible for S&C DDU deliverables across Services and Care for the respective Market including revenue impacting risks management and mitigation plans/actions together with Market Services teams.First contact for any domain specific deliverable issues which require management attention, while ensuring collaboration between the different delivery teams.Market Escalation contact for revenue impacting critical project issues and work with MS BGDM org to mitigate the risks – work closely with TAM team as well as customer executive sponsors and P&E leaders.Support Market Services leader in the Market with customer management support upon request.Leads (line management) a team of DDU-Delivery Managers who are driving the services delivery management into MS PMs.Onboard the Domain local, remote, and near-shore deliveries as per Nokia contractual commitments with excellent quality and prevent negative deviations from project financials in a specific Market related to technical delivery of the project.Improve Customer Satisfaction and positivity by ensuring fulfillments of contractual commitments and minimizing quality issues for all projects linked to his domain deliveries.Accountable for S&C DDU deliverables during project execution phase (time, cost, & quality) and initiate improvement actions when needed for all projects within his domain.Assure on-time deliveries for the revenue plans and ensure risks mitigation through close work with different P&E organizations when necessary.Accountable for critical tickets, monitors closure within SLA, push for improvement actions and ensure DDU support for all care escalations within his Market.Accountable for Service demand/resources supply alignment between Market Services & DDUs CDS to ensure timely resources allocation and efficient/optimal DDU resources utilization (timely release from projects) for all projects in his Market. Ensure that resources supply (cost booking) is aligned with the cost baseline (remote and local if needed).Responsible for reporting any NCC due to project delays, lack of resources, etc. to S&C domain management and proactively take needed actions to mitigate such risks.Proactively involve CDC and CDS for any support required from P&E.Contribute to the pre-sales phase (G3-G4) upon market request to validate the scoping and costing.Participate in planning phase (G5-G6) – scoping, costing, and verification of DDU deliverables to ensure delivery readiness.Involves during PTA (project target agreement) and PRA (project readiness assessment) meetings to ensure alignment between Market Services and Domain on deliverables (scope, timelines, and CBL).Parameters for success (KPIs): Project Adherence to project cost baseline and contracted schedule for all DDU projects in the market.Project key Milestone achievements.Control and minimizing customer critical issues/escalations to Senior leadership.Customer satisfaction and Project satisfaction Score for all projects in the market.Demand planning accuracy and fulfilment for all DDU projects in the market.Key interfaces Market Services Leadership.S&C DDUs and DDU Leadership (CDS and CDC).DDU project delivery roles.P&E R&D domain leaders (as needed).Customer mgmt. support towards P&E upon request from Market Services.Key Skills And Experience Skills and experience Senior leader and strategic thinker with 20+ years of experience in business management and leadership of large cross-functional Core Networks projects.Knowledgeable of CORE Domain products and technologies, Nokia portfolio, and business environment.People agility - solid people/team coach, adaptable, authentic, and inclusive leader who leads with a purpose.Sound commercial and business understanding at CNS business units level and Nokia business groups level (business drivers, portfolio, financial/commercial planning/controlling).Proven track record in delivering strong financial results in key P&E networks projects.Strong leadership, influencing, and facilitation skills. Highly organized with strong focus on driving results.Experience on interfacing customers.Must be able to work in a fast paced, results oriented organization where leadership, teamwork and commitment to execution are essential.Strong customer focus and deliver on quality and time mindset.
