Your contribution to something big:
1. Further develop and implement concept(s) for Indirect Purchasing Controlling.
2. Analyse purchasing data, generating insightful Purchasing Management reports on performance and competitiveness for all indirect spent.
3. Identify aspects that have an impact on target achievement and propose appropriate measures in case of deviation.
4. Track and support Cost Center planning for Budget and Headcount in the global Purchasing organization.
5. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Indirect spent.
6. Prepare, support, or develop standard and ad-hoc reports using up-to-date IT Tools (SAP, Power BI, Python, and others).
7. Contribute to introducing new controlling IT tools in Purchasing along with related functions and define/adapt processes associated with Purchasing Controlling.
8. Develop a concept for and perform detective controls in Purchasing and Procurement, ensuring compliance with laws and internal regulations. Define and track measures until closure in case of findings.
9. Provide active support to and substitute for our global organization also with regards to direct materials purchasing controlling.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Professional experience in the field of purchasing controlling or controlling with insights into purchasing and purchasing processes.
3. Experience in SAP (R/3 or ECC) and professional command of MS Excel.
4. Experience with purchasing S2O solutions e.g. SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, or Ivalua; Power BI is desirable.
5. Experience in business intelligence and/or data analytics and data visualization methods and tools.
6. Intercultural competencies are an advantage.
7. Ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
8. Flexibility and quick adaptability to new situations.
9. Proactive and agile approach to issues and development of solutions.
10. Transparent, reliable, and precise working manner.
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
12. Outstanding business proficiency in English is required (verbal and written).
13. CV only in English.
