We are recruiting a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist for a multinational company in Porto.

Key responsibilities:
* Utilize Planning and Control systems and processes to deliver timely and accurate management accounts to support internal decision making, with a focus on profitability, cash, working capital, cost reduction;
* Support Programming and quarterly Forecasts processes providing relevant information to the management;
* Support management’s decision making process in preparing ad hoc analysis;
* Support the financial auditing, risk analysis and cash control ensuring a culture of compliance;
* Prepare a complete Reporting set analyzing variances between planned and actual on Sales, Contribution Margins, Industrial Operations, Structure costs Prepares variance explanations and commentaries;
* Capex analysis preparation;
* Reviews analysis results, develops insightful suggestions for investment, sourcing, cost reduction and business decisions.
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Economics or Business Administration, or similar areas;
* Experience in an industrial environment (mandatory);
* 3-5 years experience in controlling;
* Experience in a multinational company;
* Proficient in English and Spanish written and spoken (mandatory);
Additional Information:
* Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote;
