The Intern/Assistant serves as a pivotal member of the operations team, contributing to the successful planning and execution of high-end events and projects. This role combines administrative expertise with a proactive approach to logistics and communication, ensuring every aspect of an event runs seamlessly. Working closely with the sales team, the Assistant supports efforts to deliver exceptional client experiences, aligning with the company's commitment to excellence in the luxury events and arts industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination:
1. Take ownership of logistical arrangements for events, including scheduling, and ensuring transportation and accommodation needs for the team are flawlessly executed;
2. Actively monitor and troubleshoot logistics issues, ensuring last-minute adjustments are handled professionally to maintain event quality;
Attention to Detail:
1. Precisely document all client requirements, ensuring each detail is accurately communicated to internal and external stakeholders to facilitate impeccable project execution.
2. Maintain quality control by reviewing project plans and identifying potential risks or gaps in logistics.
Team Communication:
1. Foster collaboration by maintaining open channels of communication among all departments involved in event execution;
Document and Schedule Management:
1. Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules, event timelines, and project trackers, ensuring all critical milestones are met within specified timeframes.
2. Organize and archive event documentation to support future reference, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Client Experience Support:
1. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction by providing prompt responses, anticipating needs, and addressing concerns efficiently.
Job Skills:
1. Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage complex schedules and coordinate multiple aspects of a project simultaneously;
2. Detail-Oriented Approach: A meticulous eye for detail to ensure flawless execution in all tasks;
3. Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively and professionally;

Job Qualifications:
