Business Development Role
Luxclusif is a technology-driven global B2B platform founded in 2013 and part of Farfetch since 2021. Dedicated to redefining the luxury paradigm, Luxclusif has pioneered the global luxury resale market with advanced data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Prospect and engage with key markets and players through cold calling and emailing as needed.
* Maintain an updated CRM system.
* Improve onboarding processes for various stakeholders.
* Assist with contract negotiations supported by the legal team.
* Help clients with product selection and negotiate terms to ensure their success.
* Ensure new accounts are cleared for transition to respective channels.
* Build business KPIs.
Requirements:
* Degree in International Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Developer in the fashion, luxury, or tech sectors.
* Fluent English (written and spoken); French or German is desirable.
* Proficiency in working with CRM and Excel.
* Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Client-centric approach and strong relationship-building skills.
* Resilience and persistence in pursuing goals.
