Job Description
The Order Management is responsible for overseeing the entire order process, from order entry to delivery. This role ensures that customer orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
The Order Management team works closely with different departments, including sales, finance, technical configurators, logistics, and cash collectors, to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Owns the complete customer purchase order execution, including collection and preparation of relevant information needed for customer purchase order execution.
2. Covers and monitors the end-to-end order execution, constraints solving, and escalations.
3. Coordinates and validates the customer order intake.
4. Manages ordering of products (Hardware, Software, Services).
5. Triggers task creations for transactions (purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices) and monitors timely completion.
6. Supports coordination of procurement execution: captures demand, purchases goods, receives them, and verifies invoice.
7. Supports coordination of distribution execution: plans transportation, verifies freight cost and invoice, coordinates transport.
8. Supports validation and coordination of customer invoices.
9. Sucesfully coordinates work with teammates for the project.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree preferably in economics, logistics or relevant field.
* Several years of experience preferably in logistics / order management.
* Good organizational and prioritization skills.
* Strong communication skillset.
* Project management skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
