Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.
As a Purchasing Controller, you will be part of a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.

Your responsibilities include:
Analyzing purchasing data and generating insightful Purchasing Management reports on performance and competitiveness.Identifying aspects that impact target achievement and proposing measures in case of deviation.Tracking and supporting Cost Center planning for Budget and Headcount in the global Purchasing organization.Planning required periods and schedules for efficient task processing.Preparing, supporting, or developing standard and ad-hoc reports using up-to-date IT Tools (e.g., Power-BI).Contributing to the introduction of new controlling tools in Purchasing along with related functions.Performing Detective controls in Purchasing and Procurement, ensuring compliance with laws and internal regulations.Defining and tracking measures until closure in case of findings.Actively supporting Process Excellence in Purchasing.Minimum Requirements: Education: University degree or completed vocational training with qualified further training and extensive subject-specific additional qualifications.
Personality and Working Practice: Self-motivated, self-organized, able to work under time pressure, and willing to contribute improvement proposals.
Familiar with working in an international business environment.
Experience and Know-How: At least five years of working experience in Purchasing Controlling or Controlling with insights into purchasing and purchasing processes.
Excellent command of relevant tools such as SAP, Excel, Power BI, or similar.
Languages: Very good command of written and spoken English.
Willingness to travel.
