Your Mission, Roles and Responsibilities
* Contribute to the identification of productivity ideas by analyzing existing data in various locations, including cost breakdowns.
* Monitor productivity performance within the team by supporting the follow-up of applications and their updates.
* Support data collection from other actors in the company, such as Program Managers and PC&L, to fuel the activity of Productivity buyers.
* Follow up on productivity actions in the plant, such as yield improvement, packaging, and other possible actions, until their implementation.
* Support Productivity buyers in collecting data in the system to enable better decision-making.
Requirements
* Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
* Knowledge of productivity/lean management methodology.
* Knowledge of production, quality, and logistics.
* Fluent in English.
* Ability to work in a matrix organization.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
