What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?
The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world !

What will be your main missions?
We are looking for an PLL VIE who will provide support to the (Europe + FCM), and who will be based in (Santa Maria Da Feira + Portugal)
The mission will last ( 12 months).
The role of a PLL is to organize the logistics, coordinate the data processing related to the projects, and to identify and respect the pre-established budgets. The main missions for this role are to:
1. • Provide PC&L input for Acquisition quotes.
• Define and develop the external Logistics diagrams MIFD (material flow and preliminary data processing).
• Preliminary definition of storage requirements.
• Develop hypothesis of and validate Logistics costing.
• Assure understanding/integrate strategy with the impacts on logistics, production.
• Develop or coordinate the packaging prototypes with our suppliers/customers.
• Define/confirm the specifications of the preliminary packaging for mass production.
• Develop or coordinate transportation cost inputs and implementation requirements for the programs.
• Primary contact for Program Team, Plants, and the Customer regarding the logistics of the project.
• Ensure safe launch for PC&L topics in the plant: ERP parameters, internal logistics flow in place,
• Monitor progress vs. work package targets, facilitate on-time delivery of deliverables.
• Ensure application of FES principles into the new programs launches.

2. English language is mandatory as you will be speaking with people from all over the world.
3. Master’s degree/Engineering diploma in supply chain or purchasing.
4. Previous experience in logistic department is a plus.
