Randstad is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Procurement Project Manager Support to join the Airbus team in the aviation sector.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to improvement projects or strategic initiatives within Airbus Aerostructures procurement to ensure future viability, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
2. Support the implementation of the ASA Procurement Strategy.
3. Investigate improvement opportunities related to the Change management processes within Procurement Scope (e.g., process improvements, digitization).
4. Support the deployment of Procurement processes and digital solutions.
5. Assist in project management and key activities within the KPYP department related to ToW, Change, NPI, and CapEx management.
Key Activities:
1. Launch and manage projects, strategic initiatives, or improvement ideas.
2. Data collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting (including the creation of new KPIs if necessary).
3. Provide regular status updates and present results to key stakeholders, including KP Management.
4. Drive project-related communication (e.g., presentations, awareness sessions) and support stakeholder and change management activities.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A degree or an equivalent combination of education and past experience in procurement, supply chain, industrial engineering, business management, or a related field.
2. Past work experience in Project Management, ideally within Procurement/Supply Chain or a related field.
3. Project Management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. German is a plus.
5. Be proactive and autonomous with a strong ability to communicate effectively and work across functions.
6. A team player, comfortable with remote working.
7. Open to occasional travel as required.
