Join the IWD Business Management team where you will be part of a diverse and multicultural group of 17 professionals based in Portugal and Luxembourg. In this role, you will be an important part of supporting the Institutional and Wholesale Distribution activities, ensuring efficient data management, analysis, and reporting.
You will be at the forefront of providing accurate and insightful analysis on our sales performance, market trends and on the overall status of our business. Your work will directly enable well-informed and data-driven decisions from senior leadership, shaping the future decision of our organization. What you’ll be doing:
1. Produce Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports and ensure quality in the production of Institutional and Wholesale Distribution (IWD) Management reporting;
2. Act as the interface between Sales and Finance to troubleshoot flows reallocation and fees;
3. Providing ad-hoc holdings and sales analysis to different stakeholders;
4. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making;
5. Support the implementation of operational improvement leveraging automation and technology where possible;
6. Develop Market Intelligence capabilities to support senior management and the Sales teams.

Your profile and background:
7. Patient and determined, with good organizational skills and attention to detail: This is essential when handling complex data-sets, ensuring accuracy in analysis, and meeting tight deadlines;

Your experience and background:
11. Good understanding of asset management processes and workflows (e.g. Fees, Value of AuM, Value of Flows);
12. Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis;
13. Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field from a university;
14. Fluency in English, both written and oral;
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Excel, Power Query);
16. Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI) is an asset;
17. Familiarity with SQL. Any data oriented language is a bonus (Python, C#);
18. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
