Job Description
Aubay Portugal is a multinational company with over 150 active partners, operating in various sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy, and transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for application environments.
* Offer specialist support to IT development and Application Support teams.
* Manage application migrations and re-hosting.
* Coordinate change management for all applications in scope.
* Contribute to infrastructure changes and global/local strategic projects.
* Evaluate solutions for optimal performance, capacity, upgrades, and obsolescence.
* Troubleshoot and define tactical solutions to resume processes quickly.
* Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement resolutions.
* Participate in standardizing practices and validating server migrations.
* Optimize project performance through server configurations and script improvements.
* Perform capacity planning at least once a year.
* Support IT projects by defining solutions and evolving server tools.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in IT Production Support or a similar role.
* IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience working with various Operating Systems (Windows, Linux – Red Hat).
* Windows Administration: PowerShell, Active Directory, Event Logs.
* Application Performance Monitoring: Dynatrace preferred.
* DevOps Toolchain: Experience with Ansible, Jenkins, etc.
* Knowledge of the ITIL framework, especially Incident, Change, and Request Management.
* Relational Database Concepts and familiarity with SQL.
* RPA Knowledge: Blue Prism preferred.
* English: Expert level (Mandatory).
* French: A plus.
