Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.
2. Reach out to prospective clients through various channels such as email, calls, and networking events.
3. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support sustained business growth.
4. Assist in crafting customized proposals and presentations to meet client needs.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development) to enhance service offerings based on market feedback.
6. Track and report on key business development metrics, including lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Participate in strategic planning sessions to support the overall growth and expansion of the business.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results.
