About the Team
The Organization Clarification & Logistics is responsible for technical, commercial, and auxiliary part's clarification, as well as Catalog and Configuration management to ensure the data quality and completeness of spare parts information.
Our team consists of people in Germany (Berlin and Mülheim) and Portugal and is responsible for providing 2nd level clarification of auxiliary parts (all purchased parts). Our main task is to ensure that all auxiliary parts are correctly identified and clarified to support the overall process. We collaborate with various units within the organization and work towards improving the quality of the parts.
One of our biggest challenges is the inadequate data quality, especially for parts from third-party providers that are not digital and unstructured. We also need intelligent and digital solutions and tools to support us in our day-to-day business. We are therefore working on improving data quality and processes and implementing new tools.
