We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work on a project for a leading Swiss company in the Buildings & Construction industry.
Job Description:
The task is to implement an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for a global leader in energy-efficient and aesthetic building envelopes.
This company has 25 offices in six countries and achieved revenue of nearly 1.3 million Swiss francs in 2019.
Key Responsibilities:
* Closely interact with stakeholders to ensure project success.
* Define the scope, goals, and objectives of the project.
* Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
* Form and manage project resources.
* Prepare, form, and manage the project budget.
* Proactively manage project changes, identify potential risks/crises, and develop plans to respond to risks.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
* Experience with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Experience with an Agile environment.
* Strong knowledge of project management software tools (particularly Atlassian tools), methodologies, and best practices.
* Experience in managing projects from launch to delivery in accordance with project budget, deadlines, and scope of work.
* Ability to creatively solve problems.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Self-confidence, ability to competently argue your point of view and conduct escalation when necessary.
* Level of English - Intermediate.
* Level of German - Intermediate.
