Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer issues and manage complaints while adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
* Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
* Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to track issues and enhance the overall user experience.
* Proactively share customer feedback with the team and direct manager.
Minimum Requirements:
* 12th grade or high school diploma.
* Previous experience in customer service.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Previous experience using the Zendesk platform (preferential).
* Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills.
* Goal-oriented.
* Willing to work on shifts and weekends.
