We are WA. Technology, a B2B supplier of iGaming solutions with rapidly growing clients and partnerships in emerging markets.
The WA.Platform is a fully scalable and customisable solution featuring over 75 game providers, 6,400+ games, and support for multiple currencies, along with access to over 80 payment methods.
This role focuses on enhancing efficiency, boosting campaign performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across all marketing functions.
Responsibilities:
* Marketing Support: Provide operational support for campaign execution, acting as a bridge between marketing and other departments to gather essential information.
* Design Coordination: Coordinate with the design teams to ensure timely delivery of assets that meet quality standards.
* Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with the sales team to streamline lead handoff and optimize the marketing-sales funnel.
* Content Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of content shared across marketing channels.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, and other relevant departments, ensuring smooth information flow and effective teamwork.
* External Stakeholder Management: Manage processes and collaboration with external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Data Integrity & Insights: Ensure consistent and accurate data collection across platforms, build actionable insights, and maintain dashboards to track key marketing metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
* Workflow Optimization: Develop, document, and refine marketing workflows to improve productivity and scalability.
* Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in marketing processes and implement innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
* Technology Management: Oversee marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and project management software, ensuring proper integration and maintenance.
Requirements:
* Comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategy, processes, and systems.
* 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a marketing function
* Knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
* Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Brevo).
* Ability to set up and manage paid campaigns.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting performance reports and analytics.
* Decision-making skills with a sense of responsibility.
* High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Exceptional communication skills to work collaboratively across teams.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
* Fluency in English both written and spoken.
