Iberian Sales Manager - Packaging Industry (PT-ESP)A solid company in the packaging sector based in the Lisbon region is looking for a Sales Manager to work with the Iberian Market (Portugal and Spain) and develop the current business.
About the position: The Sales Manager will manage the current accounts, as well as expand new ones, based on technical and sustainability/innovation fundamentals.
Based in Lisbon or Madrid.
Understand all areas of the client's business and help them to be more competitive;Achieve goals, find and identify new opportunities, ensure sufficient and available resources in the face of them, both for your company and for the client's business;Develop functions and leverage work with a 'win-win' perspective, where both parties win;Ensure trust and maintain stable and long-lasting relationships;Outline the strategic planning of the account or client, ensuring the same;Requirements: For this position, we are looking for someone with a technical background, ideally in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or similar, with a dynamic profile and 10+ years of sales experience in this sector with proven success in terms of sales and account consolidation.
Excellent command of Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills are required for this role, as well as a focus on results.
