Tasks Coordinate agile delivery with a strong governance mindset, ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry best practices.Oversee Incident and Change Management processes in alignment with ITIL standards. Support the governance of security and compliance initiatives, promoting risk-awareness and proactive mitigation. Act as the liaison between technical teams and service management functions. Ensure the proper use and integration of tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and PagerDuty.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage SLAs, reporting, and audit requirements.Promote continuous improvement by analyzing metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and driving operational efficiency.Requirements 5+ years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Incident Manager, Change Manager, IT Governance Coordinator, or Security Operations. Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ITIL framework. Familiarity with security standards and governance models in technology environments. Experience using Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, and similar platforms. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
