English Trainer Job Description
We are seeking a skilled English Trainer to lead our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate employee strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
* Develop training programs that align with company goals and objectives
* Create curriculum and learning materials for employee development
* Deliver training courses and monitor their effectiveness
* Conduct orientation sessions and acclimate new hires to the business
* Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
* Stay up-to-date on new trends and tools in employee development
Requirements:
* Native or Proficient level of English (mandatory)
* Advanced level of Spanish or German (mandatory)
* Good organization/time management skills
* Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and make fair judgments
* Problem-solving skills and ability to influence behavior
* Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
* Counseling skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
Education and Experience:
* Minimum 6 months working in BPO production or comparable customer service
* At least one certified/finalized professional education
* Previous teaching or coaching/training experience is an advantage
