Descrição
1. Lead the implementation of the Regional Finance strategy, encompassing finance-focused initiatives in Portugal.
2. Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, and collaborate closely with other local departments.
3. Oversee the annual business planning and forecasting processes for Portugal.
4. Guarantee the accuracy of local financial records in alignment with local regulations.
5. Oversee the process for the annual legal audit.
6. Develop reports and presentations to guide the management of the Portuguese operations.
7. Manage the monthly accounting close process and provide financial reports to the headquarters.
8. Contribute to ad hoc analyses for business expansions, acquisitions, and the integration of new entities.
9. Evaluate investment proposals and oversee the preparation of investment approval requests.
Perfil ideal
1. Degree in Finance, Management, Accounting or similar areas.
2. 5 years experience as a Financial Controller.
3. Background on industrial or logistics operations is important.
4. Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Team player.
6. Hands-on approach.
7. Fluent in English.
8. Good ERP knowledge.
