Medical company opening a Shared Services in Lisbon.
Your new role:
As part of a dynamic and growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Supply Chain Assistant in this Shared Service Centre and reporting to International Supply Chain Manager.
You´ll ensure data accuracy in Oracle and other systems, manage product lifecycle information, and oversees the receipt and validation of purchase order (PO) data. Working in an international setting, this role involves various manual tasks to support the International Supply Planning team and offers flexible assistance to other departments as needed.
Main tasks:
Manage product lifecycle information, including launches, modifications, and phase-outs;
Record, track, and validate purchase order (PO) data for timely and accurate management;
Provide operational support to the International Supply Planning team through various manual tasks;
Collaborate with different departments and offer flexible support based on operational needs;
Identify and propose improvements to streamline processes and enhance supply chain efficiency.
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
Certification or training in supply chain management (e.g., APICS) is beneficial;
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role (supply chain support role is highly desirable);
Fluent in English (written and spoken) essential; proficiency in other languages is advantageous;
Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile and Salesforce preferred;
Excel Skills;
Previous Shared Services professional environment is a nice to have.
