With over 3 decades of experience, our balanced and skilled team is continuously developing, making us a competitive option.Main accountabilities, responsibilities, and deliverables:Lead and manage the project teams & serve as the main customer contact during execution phases (from kick-off until closure); Support acquisition activities on a case-by-case basis as agreed with the program management lead; Prepare and revise the total project plan including time and budget planning, in accordance with GDPEP requirements; Ensure meeting customer and ZF milestones, key process indicators (profit, quality, time), and interact with customers through specific interfaces; Provide regularproject status reports to customers and ZF management; Manage profit responsibility for product/investments/tooling and development/budget planning and total project cost control; Guarantee availability of updated information about the project, manage risks, issues, and action plans to recover deviations; Manage modifications during the development process; Organize and perform GDPEP phase exit reviews, participate in customer audits, customer assessments, and IATF audits.Required skills and experience / main competencies:Engineering degree or experience in the automotive industry as a Program Manager; Competency in ZF product design fundamentals, automotive APQP processes, PPAP processes, manufacturing knowledge, and basics of financial management; Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar tools; Preferred PMP certification through PMI, Prince 2, or Agile; Fluent in English and Portuguese; other optional languages (French, German) are a plus; Good communication, leadership, teamwork skills, negotiation, problem-solving abilities, and a customer/stakeholder service orientation; Knowledge in risk management, financial management, quality, and Lean Manufacturing.Why you should join ZF Passive Safety Systems?You will work in a varied, innovative work environment, in an international team; Engage in challenges and high-level professional activities; Receive competitive compensation and benefits; Access continuous learning opportunities; Enjoy discountsfor employees with several partners.#J-18808-Ljbffr
