About the Role
The Head of User Operations will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading our User Operations unit, focused on delivering high-value advisory services to customers.
These services include leveraging machine and fleet data insights, on-site advisory, electrification journey guidance, and operational optimization planning.
This role will directly report to a Group C-Level Executive and collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment with Ascendum's strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a global governance framework and best practices for the User Operations unit.
* Collaborate with local teams to define strategic priorities and identify market opportunities.
* Oversee multi-regional operations, ensuring accountability and performance.
* Lead customer advisory services, including site assessments, optimization planning, and implementation of recommendations.
* Provide regular updates to the board on progress, challenges, and key milestones.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering and a master's degree in management or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in operations management, strategy development, or a similar leadership role.
* Proven track record in the construction equipment industry or related sectors.
* Experience overseeing multi-regional operations and governance frameworks.
* Proficiency in English.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions.
