* Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage and optimize web and email channels, blog, video, and graphic content to support current organizational priorities;
* Collaborate with the Social Media Executive and other teams to design and develop multimedia content, particularly video using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Canva;
* Contribute to the preparation of policies to form a lasting digital association with customers;
* Develop engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the organization's online brand;
