As a Community Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping users resolve their issues and turning unhappy users into loyal advocates.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve technical and account issues for Partner Drivers through messaging and outbound phone interactions.
* Escalate and support on any unforeseen issues, such as bugs or outages.
* Ensure a delightful experience for Partner Drivers even when there is uncertainty on resolution steps.
* Be a passionate advocate for users while answering questions.
* Show empathy to frustrated users while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences.
Requirements
* Fluent in French.
* Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
* Currently living in Lisbon or willing to move.
* Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (essential).
* High proficiency using computers (typing, navigating between various tools).
* Soft skills to handle outbound phone interactions with partner drivers.
* Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills.

* Ability to troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions.
