JOB PURPOSE:
Oversees Revenue Management activities. Responsible for balancing the financial objectives of different hotel units to maximize total revenues and profit associated with guest rooms, spas, and restaurants. This position is accountable for pricing, positioning, and inventory of all 7 hotels of the Savoy Signature collection. Oversees all processes associated with demand, revenue, inventory, forecasting, and opportunity analysis. Develops and recommends sales strategy for pricing of all segments. Identifies new revenue opportunities and effectively communicates sales strategy and pricing to all key stakeholders. Acts as primary contact and maintains productive relationships with all stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
– Proven experience in Revenue Management;
– In-depth understanding of tools – spreadsheets and statistical methods for analyzing data;
– Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail;
– Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
– Experience in the hospitality industry;
– Strong analytical skills;
– Ability to use PMS, reservation, and revenue management systems to forecast and implement optimal strategies;
– A “Can-do” attitude.
