Role Overview:

Requirements:
1. Fluent in French (C2 level).
2. Fluent in English (B2 level).
3. EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card.
4. 0-1 year experience in customer support.
5. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
