Requirements
* Experience in datacentre (physical and cloud) operations and architecture.
* Knowledge in specifying requirements and defining solution architectures.
* Experience with TCP/IP networks and protocols.
* Experience in Windows and Linux system administration.
* Experience in cloud platform administration.
* Knowledge of scripting Languages: PowerShell, Python, etc.
* Excellent writing skills (policies, procedures, etc.).
* Knowledge in IT Service Management (ITIL / Cobit is a plus)
Profile
* Pragmatism and ability to deal with complexity.
* Proven experience of a minimum of five years in similar roles.
* Strong ability to understand, interpret stakeholder needs and requirements.
* Constantly updated knowledge of technology innovations.
* Good people skills to foster a supportive environment.
* Agile mindset to ensure a flexible and innovative IT operations team.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills – (Portuguese and English).
* A real passion for learning, doing things better, improving service and helping others – and an ability to turn ideas into realities.
* Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time, as required.
* German skills will be a plus.
