In this role, you'll craft and execute a go-to-market plan and sales strategy, prospect and onboard potential sellers, and build strong, lasting relationships to drive business growth.As part of our early-stage startup team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the company's future, with the opportunity to grow, build, and lead your own team over time.What You'll DoManage and grow a portfolio of high-value sellers, ensuring long-term engagement and success.Provide strategic guidance on key areas such as selection, pricing, shipping, and catalog optimization to maximize sales.Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies to drive seller growth.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance seller experience and boost marketplace competitiveness.Leverage data-driven insights to consistently achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.Gather and synthesize seller feedback to influence business and product decisions.Develop playbooks, performance trackers, and process documentation to standardize best practices.What You'll Need3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces is a strong plus.Proactive, results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.Strong collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Tech teams.Fluency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
Spanish is a strong plus.Experience with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot or similar) is highly desirable
