Fórum Selecção is looking for a Recruiter – IT and Operations (M/F) for a Corporate Bank (Porto)Main activities:• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, selection, candidate communication, negotiation, and closing for IT and Operations roles;• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify current and future hiring needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies;• Provide recruitment advice to hiring managers to influence and guide talent decisions;• Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's benefits and recruitment-related policies to effectively communicate these to candidates;• Partner with HR Business Partners and business units to understand job duties and responsibilities, and to devise targeted recruiting strategies;• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, colleagues, vendors, and other team members to create a talent pipeline;• Utilize a mix of creative and traditional sourcing methods, including applicant tracking systems, internet searches, social media, employee referrals, and agency partnerships to attract candidates;• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance current recruitment processes for efficiency;• Engage candidates from diverse regions, staying informed about international relocation and expatriate processes as necessary;• Coordinate with staffing agencies and HR Coordinators to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of temporary staffing resources;• Manage recruitment activities for campus programs, including internships and full-time/rotational graduate analyst programs.Profile and skills we look for:• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus;• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on IT and Operations roles; experience in banking is required, and agency experience is a significant advantage;• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting exceptional talent across various organizational levels;• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships throughout the organization;• Demonstrated ability to creatively source a diverse workforce of all backgrounds;• Effective written and oral communication skills.
