As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide support and advice to customers regarding our tobacco products. You will be part of a company that values its employees and offers opportunities for professional and personal growth.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
* Identify issues and offer solutions.
* Earn a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Record data in the CRM system.
* Offer ad-hoc support as needed.
* Collaborate with your team to achieve project success.
Requirements
* A native level of German and at least B1 English language proficiency.
* Knowledge of the value of good customer experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work proactively at a fast pace.
* Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle.
* Valid Portuguese work permit (required).
What We Offer
1. Type of contract: yearly or 6-?-month contract, renewable.
2. Full-time options on rotating shifts (40h/week, 5 days/week, Mon-Sat 7 AM - 8 PM).
3. Salary conditions:
* Including free accommodation: €950 - €1000 gross/month.
* Excluding accommodation: €1300 - €1400 gross/month.
4. Additional benefits for international candidates:
* Reimbursement of initial flight expenses.
* Airport pick-up.
* Yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country (within EU).
