FunçõesKey Responsibilities:
• Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
• Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
• Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
• Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
• Provides general office support.
• Serves as the department/group contact.
• Completes special projects as assigned.
• Creating presentations on behalf of management related to business priorities and updates, coordinating customer success stories and best practices creation.
• Drafting and distributing internal communications, including emails, newsletters, and announcements.
• Following up on initiative deadlines and tracking progress.
• Managing a comprehensive overview of key dates, events, and activities.
RequisitosQualifications:
• At least 3 years of senior-level administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High focus on compliance of internal processes and policies.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Eager to learn new tools and processes that support our business.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive material with professionalism.
• Proactive approach to anticipating the executives' needs.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy.
• Organized and efficient, able to prioritize and plan, team-oriented, structured.
• Good at problem solving.
• Ability to deal with numerous competing demands and range of different people.
• Ability to prioritize effectively.
• Work to tight deadlines, multitask, work under pressure.
Oferta• Location: Hybrid 1-2 days in the office (Lisbon).
• Contract: Outsourcing with Adecco.
• Gross Monthly Salary: 1500€.
• Food Allowance: 6,5€ /day.
• Project lasting until June 2025, with the possibility of continuity.
