Our fleet operates in Lisbon and Porto, traveling from North to South of the country. Currently, 70% of our vehicles are electric, making sustainability a key aspect of our identity and guiding us toward a more responsible future.
Profile and Responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate passionate about tourism who wants to play a crucial role in managing and organizing the operational activities and processes within this department. The responsibilities include:
Profile:
•Bachelor's degree in Tourism or a similar field;
•Good knowledge of the main destinations in Portugal;
•Fluent in English and another language (both verbal and written communication);
•Teamwork-oriented;
•Strong sense of responsibility and organization;
•Interest in strategy, procedures, and interpersonal relationships;
•Communicative, dynamic, and proactive.
Responsibilities:
•Processing bookings from online platforms and sales channels;
•Customer support and assistance;
•Assigning services and operational procedures;
•Monitoring and resolving fleet-related issues: vehicle pickup, accidents, maintenance, inspections;
•Creating and planning national tourist itineraries.

Regarding salary conditions, the Avenidas Group offers:
•Employment contract;
•Base salary of €950 + €100 (allowance);

As for working hours, initially, they may be rotating, and weekend availability is required.
