About the Role
* Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve departmental goals and implement country priorities for Home Furnishing Business (HFB).
* Ensure the shop is fully stocked with the four merchandising basics in place at all times, and the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the local market and competition, as well as IKEA's sales and communication channels, to make informed commercial decisions.
* Actively steer sales to top-selling products, prioritized products, and IKEA service products to maximize sales and long-term profitability.
* Develop and succession plan for team members to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

* You are a seasoned sales professional with a passion for leading teams and driving business growth.
* You have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
* You possess a strong understanding of store operations, range presentation, and in-store logistics, as well as IKEA's way of doing things.
* You are a business goal-oriented individual who can create a high commercial performance and lead by example.

What We Offer
