What will be your mission?
As
Head Waiter (M/F)
, you will report directly to the Outlet Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the planning, coordination and supervision of the Pateo Velho Restaurant service, customer service, product advice in order to maximize consumption and will act as an ambassador for the bar and the rest of the hotel's outlets in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations.
What will you do?
Ensure guests are highly satisfied with the quality, creativity and variety of our food and beverage offerings.
Serve customers according to our standards and quality, in a friendly and polite manner.
Ensure that the Pateo Velho restaurant is always professionally prepared.
Ensure food and beverage orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
Ensure the supply and storage of the Restaurant’s stock.
Ensure and prepare table service, i.e. room arrangement, mise-en-place and preparation of utensils.
What are we looking for?
Professional experience in similar roles.
Knowledge of English and preference for another foreign language (fluent in spoken language).
Minimum 12. Year of schooling and/or Professional Course adapted to the role.
Knowledge of AHCCP hygiene and safety standards.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet and specific applications for the restaurant/hotel sector.
