Job Description
The IT Contract Management Officer plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating contract-related tasks for Wealth Management Information System (WMIS) Domains.
* Acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for new software editor contracts, liaising with Wealth Management Legal and Subject Matter Experts.
* Logs new contract needs reported by project managers or Domain/Division Heads.
* Ensures the follow-up and coordination of WM Head Office SLA/OLA renewals with other Group entities.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Drafts and updates contracts, ensuring consistency with company rules and requirements.
2. Updates contracts-related referential and providers' lists.
3. Contributes to continuous improvement processes, aligning with Procurement and Software management tasks.
4. Drafts awareness materials for various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* At least 7 years of experience in IT.
* Experience in Quality Management (at least 3 years).
* ITIL certification.
Language Skills:
* English.
