As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
* Coordinate small/medium sensor camera-related projects from concept to mass production.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including R&D engineers, production, purchasing, and testing.
* Develop project plans for product development, including major milestones, critical deliverables, project budget plans, and resource allocation.
* Define communication plans and conduct risk management with contingency plans for assigned projects.
* Use various management tools such as JIRA, JAMA, MS Project, WBS, critical path, FMEA, etc.
* Coordinate all project activities of supporting project teams and stakeholders to track project progress against established plans.
* Communicate with project teams and management teams, and implement changes when deviations occur in terms of schedule, budget, and quality issues.
* Utilize project management methodologies, procedures, and company guidelines.
* Coach project team members and review the deployment of best practices and lessons learned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
* PMP/PMI certification is preferred.
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management of hardware products, video systems (IP cameras), or electronic products is a plus.
* Understanding of electronic product launch processes (phases of Definition, Development, System Test, Launch, and Volume Production).
* Knowledge of different project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Flight Levels.
* Ability to use proper project tools to create and manage project schedules and budgets, and track project results.
* Organized to prioritize work for the project team and demonstrate experience in coordinating and directing project teams.
* Ability to inspire the confidence of stakeholders and sponsors, especially when the budget or timeline needs recalibration or additional resources are required.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective use in face-to-face meetings, emails, virtual meetings, and status reports. Clearly communicate ideas, make decisions, and resolve problems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
