Job Description
">
* Stay informed about internal developments within the GBU, including financial structures, KPIs, and other critical metrics.
* Evaluate and understand concepts, content, and tools related to financial databases.
* Guide the Site Leadership Team by providing key insights for budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and ABC rankings, with a focus on fixed costs, variable costs, capital expenditures (Capex), inventories, and performance KPIs.
* Oversee the analysis and reporting of financial and operational data from the ERP system to evaluate performance against scorecard metrics.
* Monitor and analyze cost performance, including yield variances, consumption deviations, and non-quality costs.
* Ensure the accuracy of cost accounting data and P&L reporting.
* Assess inventory impacts, such as reserves for slow-moving inventory.
* Collect local business insights to support material accrual submissions.
* Provide dedicated support for projects and restructuring initiatives as required by the Business Unit.

Requirements
">
* 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another Finance-related discipline.
* Proficiency in Business Warehouse is essential, while familiarity with SAP, Anaplan, and dashboarding tools like Qlik Sense is an advantage.
* Previous experience in controlling, ideally within a manufacturing site context.
* Strong working knowledge of accounting principles.
* Fluency in English is required.
* Proven leadership abilities and the capability to engage and motivate teams.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
* Competence in managing complex business analytics and data.
* Talent for distilling complex problems into actionable steps.
* An aptitude for anticipating trends and adapting to future developments.
