About The Role
As a Product Analyst, you'll play a critical role in leveraging data to drive insights, optimise user experience, and identify growth opportunities within our fintech and crypto projects. By delivering clear, data-backed recommendations, you will empower stakeholders to make impactful product decisions.
In this role, you will:
1. Analyse extensive datasets, map user journeys, and build actionable insights that inform key business strategies.
2. Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other data teams to drive our product analytics efforts, from designing A/B tests to optimising data storage and retrieval processes.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis:
* Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
* Map out user experience patterns and conversion funnels.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Product Analysis And Reporting:
* Identify growth opportunities by analysing user behaviour data.
* Define, calculate, and validate product metrics to measure the success of new features.
* Generate hypotheses and conduct A/B tests to achieve improvements in user experience and conversion funnels.
* Collaborate closely with product managers and developers, overseeing A/B tests from experiment design to result interpretation.
* Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark against industry standards and identify growth opportunities.
* Present findings to stakeholders and consult with insights regularly.
Data Management:
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data collection and analysis.
* Work with Product and data teams to optimise data storage and retrieval processes.
Communication:
* Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
* Translate complex data into understandable and actionable business terms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives with data-driven insights.
About You:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) is a plus.
* Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
* Proficiency in SQL (window functions, data joins from various databases, CTEs, data marts experience).
* Experience in conducting A/B tests with conversion, quantitative, and ratio metrics.
* Experience with onboarding processes and activation conversion metrics.
* Sharp presentation skills, fact-based and data-driven in-house consultancy.
* Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, Singular, Looker, or similar.
* Experience in the crypto or FinTech industry is highly desirable.
* Optional: Proficiency in Python (pandas, seaborn, sklearn, scipy).
