As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and scaling our affiliate marketing program across different international markets. You will lead the recruitment and development of partnerships with affiliates, from webmasters and mobile networks to price comparison websites and influencers. Your primary goal will be to increase GMV and overall revenue by optimizing and expanding our affiliate partnerships globally.
Responsibilities
* Develop and scale affiliate marketing strategy across regions for both desktop and mobile platforms.
* Recruit affiliates, including webmasters, mobile networks, influencers, and price comparison sites in key markets.
* Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize traffic, revenue, and ROI based on performance data.
* Adapt strategies to local markets, focusing on the EU, MENA, and LATAM regions (APAC experience is a plus).
* Build and maintain strong, long-term affiliate relationships to drive growth.
* Ensure compliance with legal standards and monitor for any fraudulent activity.
* Track campaign performance, report on key metrics, and manage budgets for optimal ROI.
Requirements
* 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on international markets and e-commerce.
* Worldwide network in the affiliate marketing area.
* Expertise in managing affiliate networks, CPA, CPL, and CPC models across desktop and mobile platforms.
* Strong data analysis skills with experience in affiliate tracking tools (HasOffers, Impact, etc.).
* Proven success in scaling affiliate programs across multiple markets.
* Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage partnerships.
* Knowledge of market trends in the EU and LATAM regions.

* Experience with mobile ad networks and app-based affiliate marketing.
* Professional level in MMP (Adjust or AppsFlyer), web & app analytics (GA4 or Amplitude).
* Leadership experience in affiliate marketing teams.
