Your new Role
The
Digital Workplace Content Creator
will take delegated responsibility for enhancing the technology adoption and user experience within the organization.
This position is pivotal in supporting the Client standards and practices with SharePoint content for the Digital Workplace Academy and M365 applications. Additionally, the role includes updating and reviewing periodically Client knowledge base, supporting the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and developing knowledge articles to enhance self-service and omnichannel support.
The Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging and instructional content such as tutorials, videos, infographics, and interactive guides to simplify and facilitate the effective use of technology.
You will be responsible for:
Develop and maintain SharePoint content to support the Digital Workplace Academy and M365 applications;
Manage the knowledge base, including the creation and updating of SOPs and knowledge articles aimed at improving self-service and omnichannel support;
Design and implement educational programs that educate users on new tools and software, ensuring they can efficiently utilize technological advancements;
Create engaging and instructional content, including tutorials, videos, infographics, and interactive guides;
Collaborate closely with the Digital Workplace Manager and the User Experience Team to ensure all content aligns with user expectations and organizational standards;
Actively integrate user feedback to refine and optimize educational tools and content, enhancing their overall effectiveness;
Ensure all content supports the organization’s standards and practices, promoting consistency and clarity;
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation, digital workplace tools, and educational technologies.
What you will need to be succeed
As a
Digital Workplace Content Creator
you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Information Technology, or a related field;
+4 years of experience providing 1st line and/or 2nd line technical support in a complex, multi-cultural environment;
Proven experience in Content creation and management, particularly in a digital workplace or educational setting;
Experience in user experience (UX) design and content optimization;
Strong understanding of knowledge base management and the creation of SOPs and knowledge articles;
Proficiency with SharePoint and M365 applications;
Familiarity with ITIL Foundation and Service Now (desirable);
Good understanding of customer needs and the external market implications;
Ability to create engaging and instructional content in different formats;
Takes initiative, sets goals and priorities and supports others to solve challenges in due time;
Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
