Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
1. Support the data analytics efforts, including data gathering, report generation, and basic analysis for efficiency tracking and project metrics;
2. Assist in developing automation solutions that streamline HR processes, collaborating on the design, testing, and implementation of digital tools;
3. Help with the coordination aspects of internal department initiatives;
4. Work with cross-functional teams, translating technical requirements into actionable insights for HR service delivery improvements;
5. Participate in planning and coordinating tool rollouts and digital projects across the department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
6. Education : Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, HR Management, or a related field;
7. Experience : 2+ years’ of IT and support experience;
8. Knowledge: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and a willingness to learn HR-specific systems and automation tools;
9. Languages : Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level);
10. Personality : Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and an interest in digital transformation.
