Within our GBS Hub in Porto, the Source to Pay (S2P) team is one of five global streams designing and implementing end-to-end services & solutions in NTP (Non-Trade Procurement).
S2P cross-collaborates with multiple stakeholders to define the current and future state of adidas business and its processes, identifying issues and risks, suggesting mitigation strategies and driving towards technology solutions.
In a sense, S2P unites to simplify and create a unified buying experience for all adidas employees, with full compliance and on-time payment to vendors.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Manage and maintain eCatalogues and eMarketplaces in adidas purchasing systems (Ariba Guided Buying)Analyze non-trade purchase orders monthly to calculate automation rates and identify improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with Category Managers, Buyers, and IT support on Procurement projects, automation consulting, and Ariba solutionsOnboard new catalogue suppliers and maintain contact with themWork with suppliers over Ariba Network to activate punch-out catalogues and connect with SAP AribaWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Business fluency in English both written and verballyUniversity degree in Management, Accountancy, Economics or related1 to 2 years of experience in a corporate set-up (ideally in Procurement)Solid knowledge of Excel - VLOOKUP's and Pivot TablesSAP Ariba end-user knowledge (preferable)WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?Competitive salary, benefits and valuable discounts on adidas productsHybrid work policy and flexible working hoursSport-friendly environment, great work-life balance, and flexibilityState-of-art office space and conditionsCandidates must be currently located in Portugal and already be eligible to take on full-time employment.
