As a Business Analyst at Amaris, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create documentation, and ensure that business needs are met through effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Develop and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
* Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
* Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* French and English Fluent.
