Trade & Revenue Management Lead- Portugal

As a Trade & Revenue Management Lead you’ll be the commercial glue and will bring different teams together, to accelerate simplification of healthcare by improving Availability & Profitability of our brands. Our vision is to achieve a virtuous cycle of Value Creation through fully integrated TRM levers and deliver positive impact on Net Sales / GTN / Gross Margin.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for monitoring & driving positive sku, brand, channel, customer mix through tailored action plan based on detailed analysis & data given by finance team
2. Commercial Policy: work with Country Head / Commercial Team to design / implement and monitor optimum Commercial Policy (customer investment) to drive distribution, visibility & recommendation of Sanofi brands across different channels & customers, while meeting GTN targets and maximizing Pay-for-Performance approach.
3. Pricing: Lead pricing process for the country by aligning Pricing Strategy with Brand Team, identifying price increase opportunities based on competitive benchmark and pack price architecture.
4. Portfolio Management: lead portfolio simplification process by collaborating cross-functionally with regional and global teams, identifying pruning and / or harmonisation opportunities for the brands. Work with Brand teams on Innovation pipeline to define GTN investment, required customer profitability and ensure innovation is margin accretive.
5. Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Lead Sell Out to Sell In translation in IBP process (monthly) by working cross-functionally with Brand, Commercial and Supply to improve forecasting accuracy (MAPE, SPA)
Experience
6. Proven experience in revenue management / finance / data analytics ideally OTC or FMCG background with a knowledge of Pharmacy channel landscape
7. Strong project management and experience leading tasks and timelines

8. Good sense of organization, planning, priority setting and initiative and ability to work in a high paced and constantly changing environment.
9. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Power BI is a plus
Education
10. Higher education in Business administration / Finance / Data & Analytics
Languages
11. Fluent level of Portuguese and English
